Chelsea Drinkard is a Tampa native and began her commercial real estate career in 2014. Chelsea received her Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in International Relations from the University of North Florida located in Jacksonville. Also, Chelsea was recognized with a University of North Florida Certification of Leadership.

Personal development and continuing education is always the forefront of Chelsea’s vision and consistently learning and implementing new leadership, negotiation and communication strategies, ultimately focusing on how she can better serve her team and clients.

Chelsea loves the Florida sun, fitness enthusiast and enjoys exploring new and hidden restaurants and activities in the Tampa Bay area.
